Everyday I hear of the latest victims to poor health. Just yesterday, one of my clients told me of a friend whose lymphoma recurred after one year. And sadly, just last week, my daughter-in-love’s mother suddenly died.

We can no longer ignore the obvious facts that our food supply is not nutrient dense or safe. We also cannot play the victim and say that there is nothing we can do to protect ourselves.

You can conquer the world with the right information and a plan. Just ask Jesus, Julius Cesar, Napoleon, and Alexander the Great. Conquering your life is much easier. One step in the right direction is making sure your essential vitamin levels are normal.

Vitamin D3 is one of the most important vitamins in your body. It activates over 2000 genes, so many experts are calling it a hormone. Experts like Dr. Michael Holick say that if people increased their levels to the new norms, we could cut cancer levels in half. Wow!

If that was not enough, here are a few other of its essential activities:
  1. Boosts your mood
  2. Helps your brain heal
  3. Improves bones strength
  4. Strengthens your immune system
  5. Normalizes metabolism
Some studies show that up to 50% of people have low vitamin D levels, including children. Things like processed foods, low sun exposure, age, obesity, and medications are just a few things that can lower your levels.

So what can you do to improve your vitamin D3?
  • Eat organic, grass-fed organ meats like liver
  • Get healthy sun exposure when UVB is peak
  • Take a great D3 supplement in the winter
  • Avoid processed foods and glyphosates like the plague they are
  • Don’t take vitamin D2 (it is not a form our body uses)
An organization called Grassroots Health has a lot of info on the new vit D dosing and levels. They even have at home testing kits.

With something this essential, don’t ignore the data. Definitely don’t say you are too busy to fix this. You are worth fighting for. With a little effort, you can improve your health and well-being.
