This year is nearly over; can you believe it?

Many good things and many sad events took place in people's lives this year. I am grateful for the family and friends I have to share this adventure called life.
 
Thankfulness is a powerful "vitamin" for Wholeness Living. When we look around us and acknowledge the positive people and things in our lives, good things happen to our bodies. Since our spirit feeds our soul, and then our soul feeds our body, positive affirmations strengthen your entire being.
 
According to Dr. Doraiswamy, an expert in brain health, thankfulness boosts our body in powerful ways:

  • Increases Serotonin
  • Improves sleep
  • Stabilizes blood sugar
  • Reduces anxiety

Despite what the news says, we have a loving Papa God and many good men and women in the world doing good things right now. I encourage you to list 5 good people and things you have. Put it on a sticky or on your phone to look at for the next month. Every time you feel anxious or scared take a look at it. Better yet, set an alarm and have a Gratitude Party once a day for a month. I'd love to hear how it improves your health.
 
I, for one, am incredibly grateful for you and the patience you showed through all my recent changes and upgrades. Good things are coming and you'll be glad you stuck with me. I pray you and yours have a restful, joy-filled holiday.
