What is Wholeness Living?

Who are you, really? Most of us don’t know.

Have you ever felt “stuck” in life circumstances, secretly harboring thoughts that you “aren’t good enough, attractive enough, or smart enough?” Maybe you’re carrying old emotional wounds or are sick and suffering. Perhaps you lost your passion for life – or never discovered it in the first place.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Many people carry emotional pain, physical illness, religious wounds, and small views causing them to live incomplete – unable to dream, much less live fully.

I know. I was there.

More than a decade ago, I was working as a special needs pediatrician when a medical crisis left me bedridden. Having exhausted my finances looking for remedies, I realized my colleagues had given up on me. I was going to die.

It was in that moment that I embarked on a powerful journey creating a new mindset based on old ideas of self-governing, and wisdom. I learned to take ownership of all of me, not just my physical needs. Everything I had ever been told about who I was in relation to the world changed when I discovered we are designed to be free-thinkers who make decisions for ourselves so we live whole body, soul, and spirit. Brokenness is not our destiny or identity. We don’t need to work harder or smarter because no amount of inspiration, motivation, or perspiration will create life from a fractured life.

As my understanding grew, I began to unravel the myths we are taught and replaced them with the Truth.

  • People are priceless.
  • We don’t always have to be sick and tired.
  • Our relationship with God is not duty driven.
  • We can remove the wounds no one sees.
  • We are not trapped in bad relationships.
  • We can make excellent choices.
  • Evil people, not God, cause human suffering.

Learning the Truth was like feasting on a luxurious picnic lunch full of joyous surprises!
Not only did I heal physically, I healed past emotional trauma that had stunted my self-governing and liberty. This freed me to break cycles of pain, sickness, and powerlessness, and I began to flourish in my life.

But the biggest “Aha!” of all was discovering that each one of us is Priceless and Powerful, and that God wants us to live Big, Unbreakable Lives, so that we leave earth better than we found it. We are not sheeple!

I call this journey “Wholeness Living,” and invite you to start your own awakening where you too will discover how beautiful life can be when you chose to be excellent.

It’s time to take ownership of your life. All of it! And then help the people around you do the same.
